I only gave the firm 4 stars instead of 5 because is didn't find out about the delivery charge or the one time service fee until I was at the very final stages of the order process. Yes, I could have cancelled but that is not always an easy option. Despite that I have much positive to add - the web site is excellent and really helps you decide on what you want to have made up and how much you want to pay. I have only seen a picture from my daughter of the flowers she received but they sure looked lovely so I am very good with the quality and creation of the arrangement of the flowers I sent. This is very important because I live 1500 kms away and have to depend totally on the people who run the florist. I really liked the prompting system on the website that walks you through the process, also the emails I get telling me the arrangement was ready to go and then another when it had been delivered - very professional. I will use them again on the next occasion
