I ordered flowers to be picked up at 3 pm Sat Feb 13th. Was told to come at 3 pm and call when I got there. I called and no answer & told not to leave a message. I knocked on the door - could see 3 people wandering around in the store but no one would acknowledge me. Another customer who was also waiting banged loudly on the door. An employee finally came to the door asking what I wanted! Got the flowers - no apology! Very poor customer service. First & last time I will shop at your store.
