Delivery was prompt. Bouquet was not satisfactory as it had no resemblance to the selection I made on line. Vase was also changed to a pink one and a pink and white ribbon added. As this was a bereavement bouquet, and included a condolence message on card, I was shocked at what was delivered. Assumed florist made a mistake on delivery but whenI called was told that it was based on designers choice . Embarrassed to have sent this as I has chosen a simple more modern looking arrangement. In the end , everyone's likes to receive flowers and the recipiants were gracious but I will likely not recommend this florist based on this experience.
The flowers I ordered for my friend's 50th Birthday were just lovely. She was surprised and pleased with the unexpected arrangement left on her kitchen counter, the evening when she returned from her vacation to Cuba. Anne Pettit
